“I am reviewing only a Vintage Recap episode about the radio drama. I was hoping for a more in-depth analysis of the NPR radio shows. The hosts did not seem to be very familiar with the show or its history. They certainly covered the basics, but went no further. I was hoping for some more complex analysis or some deeper research into the voice actors and the other principles involved in the show.
Granted, I've been listening to the radio drama every couple years for the past 35 years, so I'm probably not the target audience. It's not really their fault that they didn't provide me with much insight. I don't think they were trying to appeal to someone who is so familiar with the material.”Read full review »
