Stop making excuses & start taking action
Listen now
Description
It's time to let go of the excuses, the reasons, the justifications and start taking responsibility for your actions. In this episode I share some of the excuses I made for years before taking the step to learn Te Reo Māori, and what reframing looked like in order to take that step.  I share with you how we get really clever at creating believable reasons, and justifying our way of being, so that we don't have to do the thing. Our friend the ego makes an appearance, and I unpack what's sitting below the voice of the ego.  I hope this episodes brings a new awareness to how you can take 100% responsibility in your life for what you can control, and start taking action on the goals and things that you really want.  Want to connect further?
