Listen now
Description
How do you building a reciprocal relationship with the waters around you? In this episode I'm breaking down how I use our relationship to water as a way of finding connection and belonging. As indigenous people, we naturally have a respect and caring for our waters, as the life giver of all things. I share with you some strategies for how you can use that connection for yourself as a way of uplifting your energy, your wairua, and clearing the way, as well as encouraging you to think about your role as a kaitiaki of the waters you feel connected to. I hope this episode inspires you to connect with te taiao in a new way and to allow your awareness of that connection to build in new practices that keep you well. Want to connect further?
