Finding connections through identity
Listen now
Description
What would it take, for you to be fully connected with who you are? In this episode I'm joined by Jasmine Brooks-Burgess, founder of Inspired Creations, an indigenous wahine from Samoa, to unpack her Identity Story experience. Jasmine shares her life journey, growing up as part Samoan, part English, and what that was like for her to work out what makes her feel connected to a people, a place, and an identity. We talk about how Identity Story helped Jasmine to identify those connections, and be intentional with how she breathes life into them. I hope this episode inspires you to become curious about your own identity story, and connections. If you're ready - reach out and kōrero with me about joining our next cohort of Identity Story.
