Gelong Thubten is a Buddhist monk, meditation trainer and author. In 1993, at the age of 21, he ordained as a Tibetan Buddhist monk at Samye Ling Monastery in Scotland. He is the author of two books, A Monk's Guide to Happiness and Hanbook for Hardtimes.
