“I often find Amy’s critiques confusing. I don’t know if she is just trying to be contrarian, but some of her takes are very strange. A lot of these reviews mention her voice, but that is not something a person can control. She seems like a very well educated person who has a hard time relating to other people that haven’t had the same privilege has her in their upbringing. I still listen when the episode is a movie I like, but I find it so hard to relate when Amy turns the podcast into a high school debate/philosophy class.”
