Great pod about how news producers make their products so appealingly clickable. Thanks to the pod, I’m consuming news with (at least a little!) more awareness about how the ways news products are presented impacts my emotions and drive for more.

Basically, they started a podcast because they wanted to convince themselves that Jan. 6 wasn’t an insurrection and they’ve backed themselves into weekly right-wing drivel. Why they’re advertising on progressive legal podcasts is beyond me. Save yourself some time and skip this show; it’s tired...Read full review »

But please: change the graphic in your podcast image. It’s ugly. But substance of your podcast, is beautifully done. Smart. Thanks!

Thanks Amanda for teaching us what tools we need to unravel all the news we are bombarded with daily.

Thank you for making me wiser. So much of the information we receive is polluted by bias and unchecked by the reporter. I’ve added this to my rotation of podcasts I will always listen to.

Can hardly hear what’s being said. Commercials loud and clear. Podcast not so much.

Not sure what’s going on but sound is a problem. Volume at maximum but the conversation is still somewhat muted. Intro about blows me outta the room but then the show itself not at same level. Maybe it’s just me but not having the issue elsewhere.

I always look forward to new episodes of UnSpun and always feel better equipped to listen to the news and see information in my social media channels. The only thing that would make this podcast better, you might be asking yourself - well that would be that there were more episodes. Do yourself...Read full review »

Personally love the show. Still maturing in it’s voice, which I find charming. The content and perspectives to analyze any topic from. A toolbox of rules, angles, guides to measure the makings of any story. Considerate and moderate people, like you, will find this sort of analysis revealing.

This is an excellent podcast giving the milieu of disinformation and misinformation. The mediums of these false claims is valuable to determine the purpose, and what organization and or person are responsible for these suppositions.

The subject matter is interesting. It is delivered in a mono tone. It’s obvious they are just reading it to us.

Although the podcast started out very interesting and I would have liked to listen to more, Brooke’s voice,(sorry), was so annoyingly loud and grating, I couldn’t hit the pause button fast enough before screaming in agony. So I passed on this particular show. Again, sorry for being so honestly...Read full review »
