President Cyril Ramaphosa says he hopes Israel will heed the injunction of the International Court of Justice, as South Africa asks the court to instruct Israel to stop its offensive Palestinian city of Rafah. Pretoria has filed an urgent request before the world court, in an effort to force Israel to immediately withdraw and cease its military offensive in the Gaza strip. President Ramaphosa says the bombardment of Rafah poses a risk to the Palestinians in Gaza who desperately need humanitarian aid and basic services. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC correspondent, Alex Cadier.
