His primary focus is providing strategic leadership for growth and profitability, while driving and maintaining a culture of excellence.   Over a nearly two decade career, Larry has developed a wealth of leadership and business development experience. His teams have won “#1 Best Place to Work in Los Angeles” two different years at two different companies—the only leader to ever accomplish this.     Larry earned a Bachelors degree from Amherst College, a Masters from the London School of Economics, and has taught courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
