Listen now
Description
Shila Morris worked her way up after her parents put it all on the line to purchase the Squeeze In restaurant in Truckee, CA. With a passion for education, she turned a once struggling business into 5 family owned locations and a rapidly expanding multi-million dollar franchise company. A John C. Maxwell certified speaker, trainer, and coach, she continues to grow Squeeze In in her role as President while consulting with independent restaurant owners to begin, build, and grow their own businesses! Kay Salerno grew up serving at the Squeeze In restaurants and learned early on how to manage and market the company. With a flare for capturing an audience, she went on to serve as President of the social media marketing company, YoungSocial. She has trained BY Facebook and has been featured in Forbes for her social media strategy and implementation. In her role as Vice President of Squeeze In, Kay uses her John C. Maxwell certification to both grow the family business and to teach, coach, and train independent owners to achieve their restaurant dreams too!
