Story-driven and engaging approach to economics
We seemingly have a media system dedicated to making us think that economics is boring and irrelevant, and I think that's somewhat by design, because it prevents us from truly understanding the foundational influence that our modern economics systems play in almost every aspect of our lives. Upstream is a fantastic antidote to that-- engaging us with fascinating stories and dissecting the myths that underlie the seemingly-invisible structures that continue to hold us back.
