“Love the guests so far. Some constructive criticism to make your podcast even better. Tano you need to talk far less than you do 80% guest and 20% you. We want to hear what they have to say and not your opinions. Simply ask great questions and listen. I felt that Tom Russo really had to fight sometimes to get his thought out without you interrupting him. Keep most of your questions open ended and resist the urge to try to guess the answers. Keep up the good work. Jeff”
