“Love the guests so far. Some constructive criticism to make your podcast even better. Tano you need to talk far less than you do 80% guest and 20% you. We want to hear what they have to say and not your opinions. Simply ask great questions and listen. I felt that Tom Russo really had to fight sometimes to get his thought out without you interrupting him. Keep most of your questions open ended and resist the urge to try to guess the answers.

“The guests have been great and they have some interesting stories. The show would be much better with a better host. The host interrupts the flow at the worst time. Hosts input to the conversation is very poor. The host needs to stop taking up so much of the airtime.”
