Get your veg on!
Congratulations on breaking over the 100 mark! Great achievement, and kudos for all you are doing to help educate the community. Your podcast is informative, entertaining and easily relatable for all types of people. Quick story - my boyfriend and I picked up our first CSA share of this season this week. Back at home, I was happily storing all my lovely produce in veggie bags, prepping dinner and tomorrow’s lunch, etc. He comes in and asks if I’m vegging out - and my instant reply was “no - I’m getting my Veg on!”. Thanks for keeping it real!

Have been vegetarian for a while and am always curious to see (and hear) things of this nature. Love that they cover different aspects of food and I can pick what i want to learn about. Cool hosts who aren’t pushy, so if you’re “veg-curious” as they say, you’ll find this a very friendly environment.

Larissa and Vickie bring us relevant research findings because they care about the food and health of our culture. And it shows! They make me LOL too! Listeners get realistic, actionable tips through interviews, reviews, mentions, recipes and anything else that adds value to the table. I’m hooked!
