“Excellent journalism. Yes it’s a sad story, yes Jake deserves to serve his time. But the fact that there are killers that got 5 years ( like my neighbor ) as well as others who harshly violate parole over and over again just to be placed back in society, what the state did to this man is SICK. And this is one of thousands that are tormented at the hands of someone trying to prove they “wear the pants”. Humanity is going out the window anyway, blow this story up, “Karen” those people in charge who manipulate the justice system and get loud! As good as the journalist was here, I think I am more impressed that she isn’t absolutely angry. At least, she doesn’t show it. Well done!”
