“5 stars with only 1 ep? Yes, I know, sounds a bit biased. Perhaps I am, but not in the typical sense. I didn’t grow up watching this show. I was born a whole year after the show’s original run ended (I knew it existed and, if I was lucky, would catch a random episode at 4am every once in a while when I was in elementary school) so I only watched it as a whole earlier this year on Disney+ and fell IN LOVE with the world and the story. Naturally, it left me wanting more content, that includes official or fan created, and I was incredibly excited when I heard there was going to be a podcast.
I’m a sucker for behind the scenes / backstage details about media I enjoy, so starting of with the creators was a real treat. This was a very interesting listen for that alone, but then the hosts also mentioned things related to conventions, and other fan things I never would’ve imagined this show’s following would’ve had, again, because of my age. If nothing else, I’m very glad to know there are other people out there who are just as, if not more, enamored than I am with this universe and I can’t wait to hear more from their POVs.”
