Saturday, October 10, the University of Chicago Alumni Board of Governors invites alumni, friends, students, and staff from across campus to attend Volunteer Caucus, a day devoted to expanding and enhancing the University of Chicago volunteer network.After celebrating 100 years of scholarship and service to society’s most vulnerable populations, the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration is embarking upon the next 100 years with innovative approaches to theory and practice. It’s important to look at where we’ve been, what SSA is today, and how alumni engagement will catapult us into the future. We will discuss our founding principles, the current state of the School and programs, SSA priorities, and the role of volunteers.Recommended for: School of Social Service Administration alumni and friends, current or potential volunteers.
