Saturday, October 10, the University of Chicago Alumni Board of Governors invites alumni, friends, students, and staff from across campus to attend Volunteer Caucus, a day devoted to expanding and enhancing the University of Chicago volunteer network. When you get the alumni magazine, do you automatically flip to your class notes? Are you interested in getting more involved with your class? Working on your class Reunion Committee can help you get back in touch with your fellow housemates, lab partners, or that guy or girl at the Pub. There are many roles available for volunteering: event planning, fund-raising, finding lost classmates–no talent will be turned away.Recommended for: College Class Council and Reunion volunteers, or other alumni who are interested in learning about this new model for class-based engagement and participation.
