Intelligent humor
I'm relatively new to the NPR circuit, but Wait Wait has quickly become one of my regularly scheduled shows. I'm not always around to listen on Saturdays, and having it as a podcast allows me to listen on my own time. Its great to hear humor that doesn't (generally) involve bodily noises or parts, and isn't (again, generally) geared at a 12 year old. We really need more podcasts like WWDTM. It is a refreshing mix of humor, satire, and intelligent wit that somehow takes the sting out of all the mind-boggling stupidity of the people and events that the cast and crew lampoon every week. We listen to WWDTM on satellite radio but often miss it because it is on the weekends. It is one of the very best shows on the radio. Being able to get it as a podcast makes it so wonderful because we will not miss even one episode. Thanks guys, keep up the GREAT show!
