Great walking Partner
Michelle is so friendly it’s like having a walking partner right there with you. I love how she goes from telling a story to reminding you to walk with good posture - then right back to the story. The time flew by. I highly recommend the podcast.

Excellent Workouts
Michelle is so encouraging to listen to. I usually do five 30 minute walks or more five to seven days a week. It is my passion once I start. There are days I skip or just do weights or stretches. Exactly what I needed
No one around me enjoys walking like I do so I just go on my own with my dog on a long walk. I was looking for a virtual walking buddy and I found her listening to this podcast. She’s the enthusiastic and positive walking buddy that helps me feel even more motivated to keep going. Thank you!
