Such an excellent podcast, providing listeners with small nuggets of valuable information that can help you navigate your way to success. My only critic would be on the adverts, as most times does not seem well timed and often interrupts guest speakers mid-flow, which unfortunately comes across...Read full review »

I really enjoy listening to this podcast. It’s very casual and I like how the host shares her own personal stories. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the advertisement is so annoying, it’s insane. I skip over it, but even listening to it for .014567 seconds makes me want to scratch...Read full review »

As an original MM listener, it’s been interesting to see how this podcast has grown and evolved since. I really enjoy and I’m proud of the conversations and guests that WannaBe has each week. Really essential listening and advice, especially for young professionals 🙌🏾👍🏾

The transitions between the commercials and the conversations are choppy. It’s hard to hear the end of one segment and the beginning of another. A few more minutes in post-production editing will fix that.

Great to see what you're doing with women in podcasting, and loved your chat with Yrsa, keep up the good work!

After trying and failing for months to find a podcast that made me want to come back and listen, I have finally found one ! Wanna be is so useful and positive and I love that it’s less than 30mins because it means I always have time to listen. Thank you for helping keep me motivated on my goals

I used to listen to MM show she did before, which I loved. Stumbled upon Wannabe Podcast and have devoured podcast after podcast, from Amma Asante to Nathan Bryon, Ava DuVernay and now Prisca Moyesa. Short, sweet and full of nuggets of wisdom to help any aspiring actor, writer, director and overall creative. Would highly recommend!

Always fresh, always inspiring, and helps any listener feel involved and inspired. The host is a real person and the interviews she brings are remarkable. A black British voice that's still rarely heard in this space, Imriel has found a wonderful niche and inspires as a business woman.Read full review »
