This is a uniquely helpful podcast in that it is hosted by climate scientists and rooted in hard data, but offers insights on a broad range of related issues, including the nature of the work of climate scientists and the broader implications of their work.

Discussions on climate change can often become a boring list of facts, but Warm Regards puts the information in perspective, digging in to a range of topics and providing insights into the problems and solutions. Always manages to shift my perception of where we are, and where we’re headed.

Substantive and engaging. Really appreciate the intentional focus on links between paleontology/biogeochemistry and behavior change. We need to hang out more at these intersections to successfully address climate change.

Drs Gill and Laungani are two of the most effective science communicators speaking about climate change. They and their guests do a wonderful job of making a topic full of acronyms and thousand-page reports simple, relatable, and deeply personal.

From the scientists who live and breathe this work, a welcome take on the 'cutting edge' of climate science and the social and political context. I'm grateful to those that bring this podcast to reality.Read full review »

Did not enjoy this episode, very negative unnessary whining and bashing on Michael Pollen, and I am a woman/mama. When you started in on “why is local necessarily better”, I hung up the podcast. Sorry but in spite of being a feminist, your group did not make any valid points that I could relate to.

I don't think the creators of this podcast have asked themselves question #1: Who is our audience? Is it scientists? Is it their scientist friends? Is it lay people with an interest in climate change? As a lay person, I wanted this to be an engaging podcast that would teach me something new...Read full review »

Thank you so much for discussing sexual discrimination in science. I’m currently studying civil engineering as an undergrad and if I had a dime for every time someone responded with shock or “wow that must be tough” or “way to go girl” or “is it a boys club” I wouldn’t have to work. Actually, the...Read full review »

Audio quality is less, and discussion is a bit filler. Would serve better to be on point.

The subject matter - climate change, energy policy, research on future tactics, etc. is vital and compelling. I just wish the hosts had the same qualities. The podcast needs an experienced producer, who can write and edit a tight program. The hosts need to invest in some speaker training. The...Read full review »

Started Ep 1 on a whim, looking to increase my climate science literacy. Quickly realized this is one of the best, most relevant podcasts being made today. Honest, unbiased conversation about climate issues in the world at large. A+, 10/10, would recommend to everyone.

Gill suggests warming is "always on the most extreme trajectory". That's WAY wrong. After bad weather occurs, Holthaus says it is "his job" to remind readers that "we did this”. No, we didn’t. Revkin claims a 1-in-10,000-molecule atmospheric tweak is "the biggest...Read full review »
