“My wife and I moved to the Florida Panhandle after 35 years in Libertyville and the '85 Bears and everything Bearish about North Shore Chicago. We've got great beaches and beautiful emerald blue water and going to the beach right now, in fact. But there's this big hole in my heart where all things Bears are supposed to be. Like casual conversations with friends who know a heckuva lot more about the Bears and NFL football, in general, than I and who are willing to share their insights with me. It's a real pleasure listening to you guys. And I appreciate it's a struggle to balance your lives and young families and day jobs and all those things you're supposed to be doing rather than gathering and presenting your Bears expertise to lowlifes like me.
