I love the interactives on Netflix. I wish they would’ve made more episodes for the Minecraft one. It leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth the way it ends. The episode on hiring at Netflix is an honest look at how hiring occurs there. I especially like how he brings up leet code style interviews are unhelpful in predicting on the job performance.
