“I’m a bit disappointed that this podcast is so Anglo-centric. The two best stories are about Maradona (except that the podcast totally forgot to mention that he broke Italian hearts in Italy while he played at Napoli in 1990) and the DRC (good job on that one). The rest are simply too Anglo-centric between Paul Gascoigne, Hope Solo, 1994 US team, US-Mexico. There’s a lot more to the World Cup. I understand you’re catering to a US market but the game is broader than English speaking countries.”
