Entertaining
We Can Be Weirdos is me in podcast form. Dan, the presenter, knows things. He knows the same types of things that I know. The companion show is, if anything, even better. I’ve just finished the Green Children episode and found it enthralling, the Woolpit story was always a favourite growing up, the episode was also touching. I went straight from that and listened to Dan talking to a man I hadn’t heard of and finished it with his autobiography in my Amazon basket. Every show is a gem and I just wanted to tell everyone!

What a fantastic new podcast, the Dan Aykroyd episode is a phenomenal, all-encompassing ramble across the psychic, historical, Fortean, supernatural, mystical, literary and folkloric. Absolutely love it and am looking forward to starting Dan’s book that my mate’s kid gave me just this weekend! 👻🛸

Dan has a way of making fields of life I’ve never even considered feel fascinating and accessible.I was drawn in to a whole new hyper focus; prompted to ask tangential questions and consider novel ideas in the presence of an expert brain surgeon. How often does that happen over a weetabix? 😂

Dan’s interviews are full of levity and his ability to transport you into his guests’ worlds and experiences are a treat. You’ll find many nuggets of entertainment here!
