Mini rant
I’ve been enjoying this fascinating podcast in the company of Al and James for several years now. For some reason, I found myself browsing through these reviews, slightly curious as to why some people had not enjoyed their listen, anticipating that the opinions, theories or subject matter may not have met with someone’s approval. Sadly, this isn’t the case. Most of the negative feedback seems to be aimed at the way Al and James talk!! “Too much stammering” “He goes on and on” “Always getting sidetracked” “They should get a presenter in to do it properly” F*s, do these people understand how podcasts differ from a scripted documentary?! Each episode is a conversation! I personally subscribe to listen to two well informed, open minded, incredibly enthusiastic blokes discussing all aspects of WW2. And I love it when they get so excited about a new revelation they struggle to find the ‘right’ words! Rant over :) This podcast is consistently engaging, surprising and always interesting. Carry on.

More reviews of WW2 Pod
Such a fantastic way to learn more about World War II. Also being a big fan of the work of James Holland and a fan of Al Murray who I’ve seen live more than once. It’s a dream team for me. Basically if your into WW2 history listen to this it’s brilliant
