How about ice?
Every time I’ve been to Italy in the spring and summer I’ve been served white wines and Proseccos with ice. Even in fairly nice, expensive, white wines, the waiter will come by and plop a couple cubes in. Uninvited! It is actually very good and refreshing on a hot day — Italians tend to know what they’re doing on these things. So why doesn’t this catch on in the US? Thank you and love the podcast!
