Been listening to a couple of the episodes and I love both the old and new concept of the show. I’m absorbing a lot of different information and perspective from the conversation of the host and the guests.

They’re not experts but impart a lot of information. However, the cadence with which they speak is slow and deliberate. The solution? 1 1/2 speed! If you do this I believe it becomes a much more enjoyable podcast.

We miss your weekly podcast. Come back please!

Great information. I like the earlier episodes that had a conversational style between the two of you. Later episodes just sound like an audiobook instead of a podcast.

Every time I’ve been to Italy in the spring and summer I’ve been served white wines and Proseccos with ice. Even in fairly nice, expensive, white wines, the waiter will come by and plop a couple cubes in. Uninvited! It is actually very good and refreshing on a hot day — Italians tend to know...Read full review »

I can't believe that I only found this podcast last night! I've been searching the last few months for a wine podcast that was geared more towards enthusiasts vs sommeliers and/or wine professionals. This is a well produced pod, clear and concise and Tony and Betty Notto never talk down to...Read full review »

The information is good because I am into wine. But your presentation needs some work. This is a podcast not a book on tape. I totally just sounds like you guys are just reading a report. I would keep listening but you guys are putting me to sleep. A podcast should be more of recorded conversation.

I barely got through the first 2 episodes but when Betty didn’t know the “ingredients” in wine I had to stop listening. I tried to give it time to get better but I don’t know that this is the right topic for these folks

This is the podcast that demonstrates that not everybody has the skill set to do a podcast. I won't quibble with the information in the podcast, but the presentation is barely listenable...two people who sound utterly bored by the topic, with difficulty pronouncing both French and English...Read full review »

There is so much more to wine than just alcohol. Tony and Betty put on an outstanding discussion about the approachability of wine and why choosing different wines really involves more than just going to the supermarket and picking up a cool looking bottle. The hosts even discuss beer and it's...Read full review »

Thanks for this show. I’m a beer guy in the professional world where wine is pervasive at dinner and my light beer doesn’t fit in well. :) Great info.
