“The hosts are good when they're talking comics, but that's sometimes a small percentage of the show; you have to slog through so much uninteresting chatter about mundane topics (replete with expletives) to get to the advertised content that it's frustrating. I'm 10 minutes into an episode right now supposedly discussing current DC releases, and I'm having to endure Val Kilmer/Sliders talk. Compare this to the Comic Book Page podcast, in which the hosts are discussing the meat of the episode within 30 seconds. If you enjoy the hosts' banter then you'll enjoy the show. If you're looking for pure DC comics talk, there are better options.”Read full review »
