“I've always been a big fan of DC comics and I discovered this podcast about a year ago. All of the previous podcasts I listened to spent way too much time talking about what they did that week instead of talking about the meat and potatoes: the weekly comic books. Jim, Eric, and the rest of the Get Fresh Crew do a great job of mixing in their critique of the weekly comics with semi-relevant side stories that are always comical. Some may call it potty humor but I call it pure comics podcast gold. They do a great job of pointing out the weird, funny, and obscure parts of comic book issues, which is always interesting. If you are a fan at all of DC comics or laughing really hard, do yourself a favor and check out one of their podcasts. Don't be intimidated by how long their podcasts are. Even if you skip around, you'll be sure to find a funny story, anecdote, or critical review of a comic detailing points that you won't hear on any other podcast.”Read full review »
