“There are two Harry Potter podcasts with basically the same name that are mostly identical. I listen to both-- because I am a crazy person-- but prefer this one. Alison and Danielle are supernaturally chill, have not an atom of pretentiousness between them, and make me feel very comforted and happy. Sometimes I barely listen to what they’re saying because I’m so hypnotized by the chill way they are saying it. The best thing about them is that they don't even seem to like Harry Potter ALL that much. They frequently mispronounce names, can never quite remember what’s going on in the story, and are fine with all that, because they’re just into talking to each other. It feels very much like eavesdropping on old, slightly weird friends. If you have issues with anxiety I 100% recommend listening to this— it will make you feel like everything is BASICALLY going to be okay.”Read full review »

“They didn’t copy! The Real Weird Sisters didn’t copy either. Both podcasts came up with the names at around the same time. Then the Real Weird Sisters decided to be “Real” because you couldn’t have a podcast of the same name. They didn’t copy so don’t hate on them for that reason.”
