The Dyatlov Pass, with it’s howling wind and icy terrain, is home to one of the greatest tragedies in Russian history. It is also the subject of a very confusing unsolved mystery. It was here that a group of 9 young hikers met their untimely demise due to what was later described as “an unknown, compelling force.” Theorists propose many explanations, ranging from strange to even stranger. Could it have been a yeti? Or perhaps the government? Or was it simply natural causes? Let’s talk about it.
