“Gave this a few hours of my time and there’s too much junk polluting what could potentially be a good podcast.
Good:
- Episodes are very long. If you like long podcasts, this is a good thing.
- Many “classic” incidents covered including Titanic, Therac-25, etc.
Bad:
- Hysterically political in the worst kind of way. I listen to other similar podcasts and they manage to leave politics out of it.
- Unhinged, unserious guests. Therac-25 episode features a breathless rant about murdering the families of an Exxon mobile executive. Grow up.
- News filler section is boring.
- Hosts don’t seem to be that knowledgable about what they are discussing, besides maybe one of them. Lot of armchair engineering here.
