On the hook of WellnessForce
Josh, I am so hooked right now. I was Listening to a Podcast a few months ago, I don’t remember its name, but your name was mentioned there, and I gave it a shot. Your topics just hit me. Since I couldn’t decide where to start with your 500+ episodes, I started at the beginning, kind of like binging through them. Nice to have you, as a wing man, accompanying my path to a higher level of wellness in my life. Recently, I was listening to episode 60 where Kevin Geary was talking about cravings and biopsychosocial manipulators. He quoted the ACE (adverse childhood experience) study, that has also been quoted by Gabor Maté in his book „the myth of normal“, where he unpacks the different issues that we, as individuals in a toxic society, on our way to healing and wellness have to face. I came to notice that you are a dad yourself by now (consider this as a massage from the past, since I listen to your episodes from 2016 right now). In this sense, there is might be a view from a different angle on the formative years. I suggest to reach out to Dr. Maté for an inspiring episode on wellness force radio on a deep level, if that still matches your topics in the present! I sincerely hope you kept up your inspiring work, I’m looking forward to time travel from 2016 to 2023 in the next few month with you. Best regards Fabian
