Have you been feeling like you can’t speak your truth? Those moments when you feel the push and pull between wanting to vocalize what you’re feeling and wanting to mind your business? Or maybe it’s a feeling of you wanting to run and hide to avoid any sort of discomfort? I’ve been there many times over friend. In this solo episode, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about self-censorship and how I now think about this concept in a practical way.
