Description
If you’re reading this, you’re here for the final episode of the Wellness Glow Up Podcast (yep, you read that right) as I spill some tea about what’s going on behind the scenes. I'm sharing more about my decision to end the show, how I got here, what's next, and the lessons I've learned from 4 years of creating this beautiful, heart-opening show.  Since the spring of this year, I've worked hard to pivot and shift the podcast strategy, trying different revenue and business models, hoping to find something that better fits my current goals and topics I want to talk about. Over the past few months, I finally realized that moving on from this show and shifting my focus to more storytelling feels true. So as I say goodbye to this show, I leave proud of the space we’ve created and encourage you to have more uncomfortable conversations as we did on this show.  Discussion Around: Life updatesCreating energetic spaceWhy you should always do the thingAlways being curious and asking questionsNot being afraid to pivotThe importance of uniquenessA project I’ll be launching next year Connect with us after the show at https://rainemediaco.com Resources Connect with me on IG and TikTok: @kaylamnedzaOrder my book Things I Could Never Thank You For hereOrder my new book Glass Walls here This podcast is for educational purposes only.
