So relatable and fun!
I look forward to Alicia’s podcast coming out every week. She is relatable on so many levels, and sprinkles just enough fitness and wellness FACTs amongst the humour and fun. I love going for a walk and taking her with me. She’s Frank, funny, real and just a good time. Not to mention jacked AF💪🏻
