A wonderful show. Each season is a deep dive with one producer; essential for hip hop heads. Open Mike Eagle is creating an archive of stories from the studio that go deep into production, context and culture. His approach as a fan makes the conversation flow and gets at the little details that make the stories fresh and exciting all over again for the interviewee.

Finally someone giving the great Prince Paul a forum to discuss his masterworks. Paul is criminally underrated when discussions of the greatest hip hop producers come up.

This such a good concept for a Podcast. I hope they continue to expand on the idea. I’d love to see similar series with Dan The Automator, EL-P or Muggz who like Paul, have worked on a huge variety of influential projects with incredible characters.
