“I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this podcast during my commute and will miss it during their hiatus/reboot. I’m a mostly non-news reader unless Twitter counts because I’m a busy, working single mom who doesn’t need the state of things to introduce depression into the mix.
Mary Harris is a great host that brings me up to speed in the biggest headlines by quickly taking a deeper look into the topic with interesting guests. Things you wouldn’t have gotten from a news article. So I get some current affairs minus the crippling depression because I walk away feeling smarter and having learned something interesting or a different perspective.
It does seem to speak to certain types of people such as more left-leaning but I don’t mind at all. Keep ‘em coming, I can’t wait to hear what’s next!”
