I’ve really enjoyed this podcast and their honest view of how they see life and how Christianity fits into that and the everyday. Side note for the creators - I just finished your song writing podcast. I have really been ministered to by your I choose to worship album and that song...Read full review »

I’m not one who particularly enjoys cooking, however, making supper while listening to your podcasts has become a highlight of my day. Thanks!😃🍗

I really enjoy this very light hearted podcast, with a constant note of you’re probably right. I appreciate that they come from the position of understanding rather than judgement. It resonates with me because it’s kind and funny.

Aren’t we past men hogging the mic and platforming their narrative only about women? Would be v.interested to hear about the experiences of the exes disparaged in that episode. “Every outsider you are safe here, whosoever” ?

The reason the people were scattered at the tower of Babble is because after the flood, God had commanded the people to scatter over the face of the earth. Instead, they all got together and stayed in one place instead of scattering. So ultimately they were being disobedient, which is why God...Read full review »

Literally laughed out loud about the Cadbury stuff! Was in Belfast a few weeks before Easter & the stores were FILLED with Cadbury eggs, etc. I had to get a picture of the wee store actually half filled with the chocolate Easter display. Cannot imagine why we Americans haven’t caught on…yet!

Only a few episodes in but have found it so helpful and encouraging, can’t wait to hear more! Just 2 guys being honest and talking about the real challenges of being a Christian bloke & family man right now, and all the while finding the joy in things! They articulate many thoughts that I...Read full review »

Chris & Garreth, I appreciate your relentless possitivity, your willingness to be real, and your full admission that you're coming from a place of sharing, not a place of certainty. After listening to your latest podcast about Doubt, I think you would REALLY appreciate two books: Brian...Read full review »

Real talk, from real people, with a Christian perspective. This is a delightful podcast and I am always so excited to see that a new episode has posted! You will not escape with out, at least, one good belly laugh😄

Listening to this podcast, I honestly feel like I’m sitting around a campfire having real life chats with my friends. And I think what I love most about these honest conversations between Chris and Gareth is they can put words to the thoughts I’ve been wrestling with in my own life and faith...Read full review »

Very funny and thought provoking. I love listening to these podcasts. They are honest, raw and get you thinking about topics from different perspectives. The convos are sprinkled with a bit of N.Irish humour which lightens the mood. I highly recommend! Thank you!!

I absolutely love this podcast from Chris and Gareth. They keep me smiling from ear to ear, and laughing out loud often as well! I love the honesty, the {sometimes} unpreparedness, and of course their accents and Irish-isms! Keep em coming, boys! They are fantastic!!

I appreciate the down to earth chats about finding joy in a variety of situations… Makes you think and reflect and it’s great to hear Chris and Gareth share their thoughts. A favourite of mine to listen to each week.

You guys are doing a great job spending joy to listeners. You two remind me of the disciples on The Chosen, Simon Peter (Chris) and Andrew (Gareth). 😆 Thanks for putting a smile on my face 🙏 Cheers

I don’t care to write reviews. I tend to think that reviewers have a high sense of self, “why should your opinion set the stage for something I intend to experience and form my own opinion on.” Well, I have, I have listened to all of the episodes now. Love listening to their perspective and the accents are a delight. But their topics are on-point and more importantly, on-trend. It is not just the Christian perspective but the secular as well.

I cannot express how much that I am enjoying this podcast! I so appreciate Garreth and Chris’ sincere, humble, and humorous approach to topics that most Christians avoid like the plague! (Sex? This is a fun and joy filled podcast. Hearing the point of view of a couple of Northern Irishmen is fun, but (as they admit) these two are NOT theologians. It is sad to hear they don’t believe the literal interpretation of the Genesis creation story.

I literally count down the days until this podcast airs every week. Maybe, you should think about that! I’m going to use that motto: “Where is the Joy in politics? It’s in each other.” I’m always impressed with the objectivity of your opinions. When Garett was mentioning his option for why Purity Culture was so attractive, he said that as a young person you want the black and whites. It’s a road to follow and it’s clear, not messy.
