I feel like I’m listening to mates chat next to me, enjoying their banter, their tangents, advice, and rethinking my drinking habits and how I portray my alcohol consumption online. Enjoyable, deceptively light for such a dark subject matter like a smooth Pinot Noir

This podcast has made me take a look at my drinking, and the habits of myself and those around me. It somehow makes a thought provoking and hard topic, easy to listen to and absorb. Amazing!

Heard about the podcast via a shoutout from the “A Is For Alcoholic” pod. Its been interesting and relatable listening to the hosts talk about their differing experiences with alcohol as young women. It’s changed my idea of what the demographic of alcohol abuse looks like. Can’t wait for each...Read full review »

Easy to relate to, listen to and absorb. I appreciate that the creators are from my town. It reminds me that the scope of the issues discussed are present and real in my city and to others around me.

Firstly I’d like to mention that I’m not a big podcast fan as a whole. But I find Tash and Caitlin to have a really great rhythm and pitch that’s really soothing and easy to follow. Content wise, this Podcast has really influenced me to re-evaluate the way I think about things and to check...Read full review »

Recently sober myself and coming to terms with a drinking problem in my mid 20’s, it’s refreshing to hear a podcast speak so openly on the subject from a perspective I’m all too familiar with, but isn’t necessarily discussed. The hosts come across as warm and funny, which makes listening to them...Read full review »

Thank you for this podcast! I'm 10 months sober and I loved hearing your story in the first episode - much of what I've gone through is the same and it's so comforting to hear someone else saying the same things I've seen and felt. I'm looking forward to upcoming episodes that...Read full review »

Having been on both sides of mental health and addiction issues, this podcast made me question myself and my own behaviour. Probably not the thing I wanted to hear, but something I needed to. It also made me reflect on ways I could have supported others better in the past. Thank you Tash and...Read full review »

This podcast has inspired me so much that I’ve decided to try sobriety myself, which is something I never thought I would do! Listening to the episodes makes me feel like I’ve got my own gang cheering me on in my ear. Tash and Caitlin are so relatable and this podcast is wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

A podcast I didn’t know I needed to hear - after the first episode I feel invigorated with a new courage to actively challenge the place alcohol has in my life. Why do we meet blind dates for a drink to take the edge off? Why do we crave a glass of wine to wind down after work? Why are we the way...Read full review »

Such an incredible, important story to hear. I can’t wait to listen to more from these two. Caitlin and Tash are so charismatic and natural together, big fan!!

young Australians actively avoid discussing their relationship with alcohol because if statistics or your probable personal experiences are concerned - it’s a huge problem. Some people can’t relate to a message unless they can relate to the person who delivers it... & Tash’s brutal &...Read full review »

Feels odd to title this review as “wonderful,” given the subject matter, but it feels rather apt after the deep dive into Tash’s life (although one feels we’re going to go much deeper in future weeks). One episode in, and I’m already hitting that subscribe button. Tash is incredibly open and...Read full review »
