The voices of Alice Vincent and her guests are so soothing. I listen and relisten to these podcasts at the end of the day to find peace. In addition, I learn so much to guide me on my gardening journey.

I love this podcast and hope it comes back! Alice’s wonderful conversations with her guests are nourishing, inspiring, and go far beyond gardens, exploring what it is to grow. The soundscape is gorgeous, too. Rich, intimate, uplifting—such a beautiful listen. Highly recommend.

I change career earlier this year and now work as a gardener for a garden designer. So many of these women's story’s put into words why spending time in the garden gives a different dimension to life. I really hope some more are made.Read full review »

Each one of these episodes is a gem. I feel a bit bereft now I’ve listened to them all and hope very much that Alice talks to more women about why they grow.

What a refreshing listen, a beautiful discovery and has been a salve for my mind to be inspired by as Spring slowly creeps in. An escape from the mundane day to day and great conversations. A must listen!

As a woman whose is 60 this year and who for the first time will be creating a garden from scratch this podcast is perfect to encourage me to enjoy and understand why I’m so eager and happy about the process as I listen to other women describe their love for and approach to growing. All those women have interesting things to say but they are all from a very middle class background… Would have loved to hear from women a bit more like me :)

But I’m disappointed to hear predominately wealthy and privileged women speaking. I was looking forward to buying this book but this podcast has put me off as I feel it will be much the same - voices of wealthy women living in large gardens in the south. Where is the story of working class women...Read full review »

A refuge and a sanctuary in its own right, much like a garden itself. Thank you for sharing these snippets of conversations.

Interesting podcast and I’m someone that is actively seeking out women’s perspectives in gardening/horticulture. Interesting conversations. With that being said it felt very middle class to me & was a bit hard to relate to in that way.
