I love this genre, but this podcast was boring. No personality, and it didn’t really tell me much. I found myself putting this on at work just for background noise. Pass.

There is less storytelling and too much “what do we know?” And too “what if?” I love this genre-this is not a hit. This might resonate with someone who is looking for a refresher before their 101 level sociobiology class.

This podcast tries to have it both ways. I’m enjoying it so far. The music needs to be toned down. It’s good to have music in a podcast like this but it should be more subtle. The narrator does a nice job and I like that her telling of the story is interspersed with interviews with authors and experts.
