Podcast Ideas
1) Can y’all do a podcast solely dedicated to creaation of brood habitat to include growing season burns, winter discing, herbicide use and thoughts on the combination of these techniques? Also, how to control sericea is pine understory other than herbicide- will growing season fire coupled with more agressive thinning of the stand say 30-40 basal area improve efforts to control sericea? If herbicide is only option, what herbicides are best? 2) chufa use - while turkeys love it, it seems to be like cocaine to them…. When they consume it all, I have seen a pattern of birds moving off the landscape as if they are seeking it out somewhere else?
