Kelly and Tiffany got me pregnant
Well, not quite. My husband did that part. But Kelly and Tiffany definitely helped. I had been listening to their podcast for a while when I finally got my period back at 18 months postpartum. My cycle was so long and unpleasant and I felt completely out of control of my body. I know this can be normal postpartum but I decided to take things into my own hands. I looked into their recommendations for fixing my period. I was already doing some of the things but I wanted to get back to normal as quick as possible so I added two more things. Every day I ate my little seeds and drank my little tea. The first cycle I did this, I started feeling a lot better but my cycle was still 50 days. The next cycle, day 14 rolls around and I think surely I’m not ovulating now, my cycle is still so long it can’t be fixed yet. I guess the thing I didn’t learn from Kelly and Tiffany was to listen to my body when it told me pretty clearly what it was doing 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now here I am in my second trimester, super excited to be planning my homebirth with all the information I’ve learned from them. They care so much about women’s health that they have a ton of information just sitting out there for free. They’re a breath of fresh air in an industry that’s so broken.
