I was enjoying this podcast but now it seems to have gone dark. Any ideas?

Don’t know how many stars to rate this yet. The computerized background music is very annoying. Why is it there at all? Also something goes terribly wrong with Ep 4, (if you rewind?) the entire recording loops and repeats an entire segments at random — by the time the 24-minute mark arrives...Read full review »

Bonnie does a great job researching her cases and her presenting makes it very easy to listen without losing interest. The Andrea Giesbrecht episode was gripping because I’ve never heard of it before! I really recommend people to listen to Writing about Crime! 👏🏾

Yourself. Ever! You are an excellent writer and storyteller. Mike Danton, Tina Fontaine just to name a couple. Best podcasts I’ve listened to since you started and I’ve listened to all. They just don’t air soon enough for me. Remembered when you hashed it out with Ignorance Was Bliss over the...Read full review »

The Host, Bonnie Lee (👋🏻😁Hiyas from another Bonnie Lee- what are the odds of 2 Female True Crime Buffs w/the same 1st+Middle Names?😉👍🏼), gives a very in-depth storyline look at each True Crime case covered. Cases covered include some of the more infamous & popularly known, but the real draw...Read full review »

I just finished listening to the series on Tina Fontaine, and I must say, I’m impressed. I listen to a lot of podcasts. A lot. Possibly an unhealthy amount, if I’m being honest. So I consider myself a bit of an expert. Rarely have I found a podcast so carefully researched, so sensitively...Read full review »

This pod is somewhat confusing for me at times. It seams like she goes back and forth on her timelines a bit. Other than that it’s a great pod.

I actually met Bonnie in another True Crime discussion group. She is super nice and funny, so I had to give her podcast a try. I didn’t realise that after 20 episodes plus in, I’d be obsessed with it! Bonnie has a calm, soothing voice and she tells the story at hand in a factual and nonjudgmental...Read full review »

I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts, so I have heard a lot of cases. However Bonnie covers many that I have never heard. And I really like Bonnie’s take on all the stories, even if I had heard them. She brings a new perspective to all these stories.
