Radio 4 at. It's best
Radio 4 is like a drunk friend , there comes a point in the night when you realise that you love them , and that the world for all it's hate is a lovely place. And so to is this wonderful show, tucked away , after closing time , it's a cab ride past people lives , soothed and aided by Jarvis Cocker, and made less scary by his obvious liking of radio, and his interest in the subject mater . John Peel would be proud of this , it's radio as a art form. Both gentle and barbed.Read full review »
