Thankful for this podcast!
I am not a member of WAPF and I do not agree with everything put forth in this podcast, but I lose nothing by listening and learning! Our family eats a whole food, plant-predominant diet and are firmly planted in this evidence-based lifestyle. We share common ground with many other WT listeners in valuing fresh, whole foods and minimal chemicals and pharmaceuticals. I find Hilda to be a refreshing and skilled host who engages with guests respectfully. I have even learned a few things from Sally Fallon Morell who, although she exudes disrespect for those who eat differently than she prefers to and although her books lack solid scientific evidence, offers a fervent call to overhaul our collective lifestyles filled with processed franken-food. Health is a long game, and if you care about yours, learn from as many different people as possible and pick out the gold. Enjoy this podcast!
