Inspiring!
I love this series. Hilda Labrada Gore, the host, asks really good questions and leads the audience to a full understanding of the topic. My favorite podcast is the one about Low-Dose Naltrexone and how Linda Elsegood recovered from MS using LDN. She now runs a foundation to educate others on its use for depression and autoimmune diseases. Another favorite is the one with Will Harris, the owner of White Oak Pastures. By use of regenerative techniques he revived the land on which his farm sits and the town where he lives. These are all inspiring stories!
