“I’m two episodes in and hooked!!! There’s something so wonderful about a podcast where they all say how important health is while I’m walking on the treadmill. JLD is a generous, careful listener, but her tidbits are fun to hear too. The phone calls to her mom at the end are so charming. Try it! Also, this episode says “explicit” and I guess I understand that, but I’m pretty easily grossed out, and it was not the offensive kind of explicit. She gave some details but in another respect did not give any details.”
